As the weather has suddenly converted into sultry summer and maximum temperature risen upto 43 degree Celsius on Monday in Delhi and NCR areas the city administration in Noida (Gautam Budhnagar) has asked the schools to change its time for betterment of school children.
As a result several schools, including government schools, have advanced its timing from one to two hours. Children have been told to come school one to two hours earlier as instructed by city’s District Magistrate. Schools have been told to conclude classes of junior and pre-primary classes before 11.00 am.
Delhi too has been looking into meteorological data and considering for change in timing as the temperature is increasing very fast. Though the Delhi’s cabinet did not discuss the issue in this regard. But sources in the city government told fachcha.com that decision will be taken very soon in this regard.
