Delhi University Students Union (DUSU) too has joined the protest against the protest against the semester system. In a statement released by DUSU office-bearers including president Jitendra Choudhary opposed the implementation of semester system at the undergraduate level. Delhi University Teachers Association (DUTA) has already been opposing the system at the undergraduate level for a long time.

“Semester system has become a big concern for students of science courses in the colleges. They are being told to appear in the semester examination without any preparation or providing them any facility in this regard. DUSU fully oppose such kind of system”, Priya Dabas, Vice-President, DUSU told fachcha.com. Jitendra Choudhary too has already opposed such kind of imposition and demanded wider consultation in this regard.
