Taking a tough stand on the non-attandence of classes in the schools Maharashtra Government has decided to take the matter seriously. Even the continuous absenteeism of students may invite de-recongnition of the school by the state government.
Maharashtra Chief Minister, Prithvi Raj Chavan has said it during his latest visit to the capital two days ago. Chavan said that government has decided to take strong action against principals of such schools if attendence is less than 50% in the classes.
