Six wrestlers, including Olympic medal winner Sushil Kumar, from Delhi have been selected for participation in Commonwealth Games. A senior official of Sports Department of city government told fachcha.com.

The selected wrestlers include Sushil Kumar, Yogesh Kumar, Sumit Sehrawat, Ravindra, Anil Kumar and Rajiv Tomar. Sushil Kumar has already won bronze medal in Beijing Olympic in the 66 Kg freestyle category while Yogesh Kumar too had participated in the Olympic and performed very well in the 2008 Olympic, though he could not get medal in it.

Two players have been included in the list of Tennis players from Delhi. According the official Delhi will participate in some other games like Archery, Shooting, Swimming, Athletics and Gymnastics too. He says that the selection of Delhi’s wrestlers list is very good and they will surely perform to win medals in the Commonwealth Games.
