World Sanskrit Conference will be organize in 2012 to unearth vast scientific knowledge from Sanskrit literature and to discuss Sanskrit’s progress. Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan will organize the Conference in January 2012. The Conference would have two sessions devoted for science and technology in Sanskrit literature.

The Sansthan has been publishing research journal, Sanskrit vimarsh (discourse), articles related scientific knowledge in the Sanskrit literature for a long time. According to the HRD Ministry there are several institutions which have been working to unearth vast knowledge of science and technology in Sanskrit Literature. These include Rashtriya Sanskrit Vidyapeeth, Tirupati, and Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan too. The Sanskrit Vidyapeeth has prepared 200 exhibits covering a variety of subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Medicine, Metallurgy, Mathematics, Gemology and several others.
