Finally the woman has proved it. The top three rank of India’s Prestigious civil services have been captured by the women this year. This is probably first time that rank one to three have been captured by women candidates. Shubhra Saxesena of Indirapuram (Ghaziabad), a B.Tech from IIT Roorkee  has topped in the list. There are as many as 10 candidates among the top 25.

Varinder Kumar Sharma, a physicallychallenged candidate from Chandigarh, ranked first among males and secured fourth position in the list.
