Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) will concentrate on providing employment to its graduates in year 2010. The university is making arrangements for with MNCs, IT companies for the placement of its students, IGNOU’s Vice-Chancellor V N Rajasekharan Pillai says.
“There are several on-campus courses in IGNOU. The university assists its students to provide suitable employment, Ravi Mohan, Chief PRO told fachcha.com. According to him the placement programme is both for on-campus students as well as students of distance education mode.
Nita K, Head of Placement Cell, IGNOU, said that the university is starting its placement programme. Those who are interested may send their request to the placement cell of IGNOU, she told fachcha.com
