President of India Pratibha Devi Singh Patil conferred Certificate of Honour to the scholars of classical languages like Sanskrit, Pali, Prakrit, Arbic and Persian on the occasion of 64th Independence Day. The honour is conferred once a year on the Independence Day in recognition of substantial contribution in the field languages like Sanskrit, Persian, Arabic and Pali/Prakrit.
