Young and talented people should join politics if they really want positive changes in the country and politics. Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit today said in a book release function at Delhi Secretariat.

She said that though people hate politics but there are a lot of people who met her and aspired to join politics. “The politics still remains to be an attraction. It must be a noble profession though everybody today aspires for it. If educated and committed people do not enter others will come and we will be forced to face the situation” she said.

In his address former Health Minister of Delhi Dr. Harshvardhan said that the book ‘Capital Phenomenon’, written by senior journalist Sidharth Mishra, revealed a lot of things about the capital city Delhi which requires improvement.

Prof. Subrato Mukherjee while introducing the book stated that the book by Mishra is not a traditional book and not even a comparative study. It disseminates importance of an era which concentrated on emphasizing development. The book, he said, will be liked by one and all and prove to be useful to new generation.
