Last few months have been tough. But as one who believe in the saying “Tough Times Dont Last, Tough Person Do”, I kept on pushing my negative thoughts to do something that i always wanted to do. To write a book. Not a fiction but non- fiction, on contemporary events/issues/ topics.
26/11 Mumbai attack was one issue that interested me a lot. Unfortunately I could not cover the incident first hand but did followed it from Delhi.
After initial rhetroic died down, I kept looking at the events, following leads, talking people, digging sources to piece together the REAL story. Police play safe in investigating such a high profile case, as whatever they allege, it had to be legally proved in the court. And proving a charge in a court is not an easy job. So Mumbai cop did the same thing. It levelled charges and allegation against all those persons whom they can put to trial, at present and in future.
But what about the MINDS, the so called STATE ACTORS who actually conceived, planned and funded the whole dastardly act.
IT IS HERE THAT MY BOOK HAS FOCUSSED. YES PAKISTANI ESTABLISHMENT AND PEOPLE INVOLVED IN INCIDENT.
So friends, my only request to all of you to spare some time and few hundered rupees (yes money matters during the time of recession and job cuts!!!!) to buy book and read it. AND SENT AN HONEST FEEDBACK, GOOD OR BAD I WOULD NOT MIND IT. Since it is my first attempt, all your feedback will help me in evolving into doing something better.

ABOUT THE BOOK:

The book “Investigating the Mumbai Conspiracy” is published by Pentagon Press. The book is co-authored by Wilson John and Vishwas Kumar. Mr John has been by former boss and a dear friend. He is well known journalist and internationally acclaimed expert on Pakistan and terrorism.
The book will hit stand in few days time. It will also be formally innagurated in a month time.
